Yu-Cheng Chien, CSCP-F, CPIM, CLTD

Yu-Cheng has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience in automotive and telecommunications, with special expertise in global sourcing. Mr. Chien holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering plus an MBA from Strayer University, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. Post graduate studies include certificates within the APICS Risk Management and MWCC's Lean Facilitator programs.

He travels extensively to the Far East, visiting more than 25 vendors per year. Yu-Cheng was a featured speaker at APICS’ Shanghai conference in April 2015. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. Yu-Cheng was instrumental in chartering the student chapter at the University of Maryland’s R.H. Smith Graduate School in 2014, growing its membership to the fourth-largest ASC within the Mid-Atlantic District of APICS.

David E Credicott, CPIM-F, CSCP

Dave has been an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation consultant for over 20 years. His roles have included project management, business process development, configuration specialist, enhancement developer, and trainer. He has proven experience in several ERP systems, including SAP, Oracle, Infor SyteLine, Foresight MXP, and a major demand forecasting system. His clients have covered a broad range of size and scope: the federal government, a $4B electronics contract manufacturer, a national family-owned food manufacturer and grocery chain, and numerous international and local firms. His most recent work has been with a federal agency that operates all USA overseas military cemeteries and memorials. At its core, the government work would be considered business process and ERP-centric, but also incorporates other domains, such as Contract Lifecycle Management, Facilities & Asset Management, Enterprise Risk Management, Project Management, and exploiting technology to optimize operations in multiple countries, currencies, cultures, time zones, and languages.

Consistent with this career focus, Dave became associated with the Richmond Virginia APICS chapter in 2001. He earned his CPIM certification through the chapter training workshop and served on the chapter board for several years. Dave added his Master CPIM instructor credentials through the APICS Instructor Development Program. He has been the primary Richmond chapter CPIM instructor for over 15 years and has also taught the program to organizations such as DuPont, Phillip Morris, Dominion Energy, Alstom Power, and the Richmond community college. Dave holds an APICS lifetime CPIM-F certification.

 

Bob Forshay CPIM, CIRM, CSCP, CLTD, CSCA, CSCM, CLM, CSCTA

A consultant to Fortune 500 firms since 2006, Bob is also a Master Instructor of supply chain management certifications since 1989. In addition to the APICS certifications, Bob holds professional certifications including CSCTA, Certified Supply Chain Transformation Architect and CLM, Certified Lean Master in supply chain and operations management. Bob has helped business and supply chain leaders achieve remarkable gains through transformation projects, applying Lean-Six Sigma solutions. A volunteer leader of 2 different nonprofits, an author, and international speaker, Bob has supported 1000’s of practitioners passing through his certification classes from all around the globe.

St. Claire is a customer focused, tech-savvy CSCP and Principles trainer with deep expertise in eCommerce, retail footwear & apparel, and food service cold chain logistics. He's led businesses in strategies to improve processes, systems and materials management across global and domestic supply chains.

He has more than 20+ years of leadership experience guiding organizations in Supply Chain Management, Logistics (Materials, Transportation, Warehousing), Operations, Inventory, eCommerce, Process Improvement, and Project Management. St. Claire has led businesses in strategies to improve processes, systems, and materials management across global and domestic supply chains.

In addition, being a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and Master Instructor with APICS as well as an adjunct professor at St. John's University, gives St. Claire the opportunities to teach other professionals the intricacies of supply chain and materials management.

Janice Gullo CPIM-F, CSCP, CLTD, SCOR-P, LSS-MBB, CPF

Janice Gullo, is President of Lean Six Sigma for SCM Consulting, LLC, a consortium of Supply Chain Experts available to train, consult, or coach on Business Planning Processes. Her areas of focus include but are not limited to: Sales and Operations Planning, Master Production Scheduling, Materials Requirements Planning, Distribution Requirements Planning, and Production Detailed Scheduling.

Janice is driven to help and support businesses grow their supply chains in a holistic manner using the best practices for supply chain coupled with the methodologies of Lean and Six Sigma to produce results. Her vision is to help businesses create, plan, and execute their Demand Driven Supply Chains to produce business results.

Hugues G. Hénault

H.G.H Entreprises a consulting firm in business process improvement, project management and operations management. Before starting his own consulting firm in mid-2013, he was National Process Manager— Conversion at Belron Canada. His role was to understand Belron’s customer journey and find ways to simplify it. in 2002, he obtained a CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management) certification from the APICS international organization and sits as the president of the Montréal chapter. In spring 2002, he followed learning dynamics for instructor training from APICS which qualifies him to be a certified instructor for APICS. In 2017, he obtained certification as SCOR Professional to add the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) to his offering. He currently teaches CPIM and SCOR-P certification and build custom training for his customers such as Operations Management 101 and S&OP. He is a registered member of l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. He is a member of the Business Architect Guild, and school board president for l’école Christ-Roi.

Gerald L. Kilty, CPIM-F, CIRM, CSCP, CLTD

Gerald Kilty is President and founder of Quality Management Solutions, Inc. QMS (1992) which concentrates on providing companies Operations Management improvement via consulting and education. Jerry has the unique qualification of having been responsible for both the financial and physical elements of inventory and he specializes in providing practical applications of that education within companies through process improvement consulting and Supply Chain education. He has plenty of practical solutions and loves to teach.

 

Christopher Kulch,CSCP

Christopher Kulch has more than 20 years of supply chain experience in different industries, including consumer packaged goods, nonwovens, specialty construction materials, and healthcare. Chris has worked at companies such as The Gillette Company, Kellogg, Merck & Company, and the LEGO Group in a variety of different roles. Chris has worked with colleagues, customers, and suppliers across the world primarily in Europe and South America. He has held roles in Procurement, Customer Logistics, Supply Planning, and Demand Management. Mr. Kulch holds a BA in Business Management from Eastern Nazarene College. Post graduate studies include becoming an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) and completion of the APICS Procurement, APICS Risk Management, and APICS S&OP certificates.

Yanick taught us how to use Kahoot! to make our online classes more engaging. That sense of fun and innovation is embedded in all his CPIM, CSCP and CLTD courses. Yanick also consults and implements supply chain transformation technologies from his base in Ottawa, Canada.

Kevin Little CSCP, CLTD

Kevin has held roles in Supply Chain Management for twelve years. He began his career at Westinghouse and is currently working at PPG. In both roles he was responsible for sourcing global transportation services. He has extensive experience in running RFPs, negotiations, facilitating organizational change, Kaizens, reverse auctions, and e-sourcing tools . Kevin holds an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain & Information Systems from Penn State and an MBA from Duquesne. He holds and teaches the CSCP and CLTD certifications from ASCM.

Chuck Nemer

As a supply chain management expert, Chuck provides world-class training for professors interested in adding simulation training tools into their classroom, corporations seeking supply chain training to better improve their supply chain performance and students in APICS programs. AS a result of his work, professors and students report a deeper level of learning in their classroom so they can help students understand the importance of their area of expertise with confidence and success.

Carla Parvin, CPIM, CSCP

With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Parvin has worked in purchasing, systems implementation, training, materials management and project management at industry leading companies such as Thermo Fisher Scientific, Aramark, Riverwood International and JD Edwards. 

Among other accomplishments, she has been the project manager for the implementation of a web based B2B order tracking system and managed the implementation of ERP systems at two companies. Ms. Parvin has also implemented VMI and Supplier Kanban for high volume and MRO inventory items and designed and taught Lean Manufacturing classes and workshops.

Carlos has 24 years of experience, 15 of which were in the Oil & Gas industry performing Manufacturing, Remanufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Project Management and Quality functions and a variety of positions and responsibilities in different countries worldwide, specifically in the artificial lift business. For the last 9 years he has been performing executive and consulting roles, helping people transform their professional careers through education and mentoring in diverse industries. Carlos is an ASCM Master Instructor for CESA Region.

Gene Pledger CSCP, CPIM, SCOR-DS

Gene is an APICS IDP Recognized Instructor in CPIM 8, CSCP, SCOR DS, APICS Technology Certificate, and APICS Foundations. He is also an instructor for UTC Center for Professional Education. He currently is the Supply Chain Director for D&F Equipment Sales, Inc., where he monitors nickel, steel and other commodity inputs while overseeing supplier relationships in regards to overall procurement strategy. He also manages capital transactions on building projects and fabrication equipment. His secondary role is as a supply chain optimization leader, in particular operations efficiency with focus on Lean and continuous improvement in operations.

 

Gary A. Smith, CPIM-F, CSCP-F, CLTD-F

Gary A. Smith is an Independent Supply Chain Consultant, Author, Speaker, and Mentor. His 40+ year career includes leadership positions in warehouse operations and management consulting in a variety of industries and in both private and public sectors. Gary recently retired as Chief, EAM / SCM for New York City Transit, where he identified and implemented supply chain concepts, tools, equipment, systems, and best practices as New York City Transit implemented its Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) program, to reduce costs and throughput while improving overall processes. He also served as its Vice President of Supply Logistics for six years. Gary currently writes the “For What It’s Worth” column for Supply Chain Mavens. He also authored the white paper, “Developing and Agile China Procurement Strategy for a Post-COVID World”.
